Step 5 – Advent calendar houses 17 to 20- Xmas by Quiltmania 2023
Second to last Step! The End is Near!
Hello everyone,
For four weeks now, every Thursday, you have been receiving a step of the Christmas animation. You’ve seen your village grow day by day, personalizing it in your own way. You’ve shared your progress with your sewing companions, and now it’s time for you to move on to the second to last step! This fifth step invites you to build houses 17 to 20. In the previous weeks, you’ve made gingerbread cookies, candy canes, and cute little hearts. Feel free to make more!
In this article, you’ll find the instructions and templates needed to continue your project. Don’t forget to share your progress on social media with the hashtag #Xmasbyquiltmania. We can’t wait to see your almost finished village!
Find steps one, two, three and four on our blog, as well as the presentation and the complete list of materials needed for the project.
Quiltmania’s notes : Blandine is a do-it-yourself who uses a variety of materials to express her talent, but if you feel like it, there’s nothing to stop you from making the little houses out of appliqué or felt instead of paint! You’ve got free rein when it comes to adding little surprises into the Advent Calendar. Here are a few inspirations : the houses are hung on little bags, socks or a little box is added to the houses… You’re free to add anything !
Let’s share the Magic of Christmas…
If we could use one adjective to define Christmas, it would undoubtedly be sharing. Sharing because we share joy, gifts, meals. Today, we have decided to share some of your progress on Le Petit Bûcheron Animation again. Before revealing the photos, we want to thank you for your participation in this animation and the wonderful words we receive.
You can send us your creations by message or on #XmasbyQuiltmania!
