Where can I find Quiltmania books & magazines?

Order Information

For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

By visiting our website. Your selection will be added to your shopping cart and payment is made online.

If you face issues placing your order, please send us an email at customerservice@quiltmania-inc.us.

For a gift subscription, please write recipient’s name, delivery address and email in comment section during check-out. 

For book/magazine orders, you can fill out the information with recipient’s delivery address which will be different from billing address.

The billing address corresponds to the person who is placing the order. The shipping address is for delivering your order. If these two addresses are the same, there is no need to fill out both when ordering via our website.

If you are placing an order and would like to have it delivered to another address, you must enter the correct shipping address (which will be different than that of the billing address).

Our shipping costs are a flat fee. The weight of your order does not change the shipping costs. 

Unfortunately, no. We cannot modify orders once they have been placed. They cannot be merged into a single order. 

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

If your order has just been placed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Magazines usually start arriving in mail boxes about a week after we announce the new issue. They can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Subscriptions

You may contact us by email at customerservice@quiltmania-inc.us to inquire about the status of your subscription.

Or, via our contact form on the right of the page.

You can renew your subscription via our website. If you face issues placing your order on our website, please contact us at customerservice@quiltmania-inc.us.

New subscriptions begin with the magazine to be issued, following the date of your order. 

If you are renewing a subscription, BEFORE your current one runs out, your renewal will pick up from your last subscription. 

You may choose from the following options:

Digital Products

You can access your digital magazine subscriptions online.

Individual digital magazines are also available for purchase and accessible within minutes of placing your order. 

Digital patterns are emailed to you directly.

We also offer a limited number of eBooks.

You can access your digital subscriptions by logging into your account here.

Your email and password for logging in were emailed to you initially. Please check your spam folder.

    Wholesale Accounts

    Wholesale accounts are available to retailers and distributors. If you are a retailer looking to carry Quiltmania books or magazines, please contact us by email.

    Subscribe to our Auto Ship Program and you will receive new magazines first. For more information send us an email.

    Regarding Payment terms, we have 30 days from shipping. We accept credit cards and bank money transfers.

    We require payment before shipping for your first order.

    Regarding Shipping, we ship with FedEx and you will receive tracking information by email.

    If you prefer to use your own carrier, let us know and we can schedule a pick up from our office in France.

    If you carry Quiltmania in your retail store, we’d love to add you to our retailer list.
