Celebrating QuiltCon Together 2021
Each year we look forward to attending QuiltCon, an exhibition celebrating the exciting world of modern quilting, including four days of workshops, lectures, shopping, and of course, looking at all the fabulous quilts!
With the world still in the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizers of QuiltCon, the Modern Quilt Guild, has shifted to a fully virtual show for the first time, and we are thrilled to be joining in the fun from the comfort of our homes.
Quiltmania Inc. and Simply Moderne will be vendors at this year’s show, with a virtual “booth” where attendees can learn more about our books and magazines. We are looking forward to connecting with quilting friends both near and far, and celebrating the beautiful world of modern quilting.
To celebrate and prepare for the show, we wanted to share some of the work by this year’s QuiltCon faculty members that has graced our pages over the years. Let the quilts below start your modern journey as we wait for the show to arrive!
