Stacy West is the artist/designer, and owner, of Buttermilk Basin. Her passion for creating is part of her earliest memories. As a child, Stacy grew up with 3 generations of sewers, needlework enthusiasts, gardeners & “makers” in the same yard. Each day brought a new recipe to try, another block to be stitched and FUN things to create!
Stacy has licensed her designs in the gift & scrapbooking industry. She has been featured in, and has produced many projects for, numerous publications including Simply Vintage, American Patchwork & Quilting, Quilts & More to name a few. Stacy travels the country and teaches creative handwork classes, hosts trunk shows and gives lectures. She is also the Founder of Woolstock, a 3-Day annual event dedicated to her favorite medium.
